Doro is an international company which is making a major impression on the global mobile phone market. Specialising in the growing seniors market, they are one of the fastest growing players, nowhere more so than in the UK, and already market leaders in their area, but there is still huge potential for more. With an already established base in the National Accounts, the company is now looking to develop this and break into new markets in both the retail and network operator sectors.

To drive this forward, we are looking for 3 outstanding individuals to join the team, a National Account Manager with a real talent for developing business, and 2 field based Sales Support execs. National Account/Business Development Manager

UK and Ireland

This is an outstanding opportunity for a high calibre candidate to take charge of the National Account development in the UK and Ireland. The customer base that already exists includes key retailers like DSG and Car Phone Warehouse, O2 and other key network operators. You will be required to cement and build these relationships, taking them to the next level by adding new listings and communicating the values of the brand. You will also be expected to bring new retail and network customers to contribute to the business goals to help take the region to new heights.  

If you are the person we are looking for, you will;

        Be of graduate calibre, with a high level of numeracy and communication and IT skills.

         Have a history of demonstrable success selling into these channels, probably in the telecoms, consumer electronics or handheld              devices market

         Have a thorough understanding of the importance of brand values and the ability to effectively communicate them.

         Be able to demonstrate a proven ability to open doors to new customers and develop lasting and profitable relationships 

         Have the ability to present and negotiate at the highest levels with major retailers.

               Be able to show a strategic approach to developing client relationships, combined with the ability to deliver sales when the    company needs it.

         Have the ability to work well as part of a small team while displaying considerable individual initiative.

You may currently be a NAM looking for a new challenge, or perhaps a KAM working at the top of your game and ready to take a step up. Above all you will be a strong team player who can add value to an already well defined strategy. This role is not about account husbandry. This is about playing a pivotal part in further developing both the sales performance and brand ethos of a young, dynamic company that has grown its business significantly year on year for the last 4 years. This role carries an attractive basic salary in the range of £40-45K, plus the opportunity to earn up to 50% on top in bonuses. There is an excellent car and mileage allowance and the company offers generous health and pension benefits.          


 Sales Support Executives (Field based)

Location (2 positions available, 1 for the north, 1 for the south

Ideally M4/M40 corridor, or M62 corridor, but as long as you have reasonable access to one of these areas, you'll be fine.

You will work closely with the National Accounts and Business Development team to  give the brand maximum exposure in some of the biggest mobile phone retailers in the country, through merchandising, training store staff and developing relationships with key stake holders in the client organisation that create genuine brand loyalty.

What you will need:

The ability to work effectively as part of a well- established team and to contribute to the overall effort by using your drive and initiative

Boundless enthusiasm and a never say die attitude

A genuine desire to succeed through careful planning, precise execution and thorough reporting and feedback to the NA team.

The ability to organise yourself, structure your plan and construct meaningful objectives.

A burning desire to join a global brand and learn from the experience already in place

An affinity to new technology in the handheld market

Competent IT skills

A clean driving license

What you don’t necessarily need:

Experience in the mobile phone market

Experience in field sales

In this role, you will be earning £20K+ and will receive an excellent car allowance and business mileage expenses on top. There are also generous health and pension schemes.
